London Borough of Barnet is leading the way in London by providing public electric vehicle charge points.

CityEV has been asked to install 80 Cityline 100 CDC Contactless electric vehicle charge points throughout the London Borough of Barnet.

Barnet is investing in charging infrastructure to increase electric vehicle uptake and have a positive impact on the local environment.

The charge points are integrated into public street lighting and installed in street and car park units to be accessible to residents and visitors. They can be used with any standard electric vehicle charging cable.

The Cityline 100 CDC charge points use our CityEV EVopencard™ technology. To active a charging session drivers can use contactless payment or the Plugsurfing smartphone app. Instructions are available here.

All units are 3.5Kw AC charge points and will be managed by the Borough.
